These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Tilleybilleys Growth Academy website and the purchase and use of courses, programmes, memberships and other educational services provided by Tilleybilleys Growth Academy Ltd.

By using our website, purchasing a product or service, enrolling on a programme or accessing our educational content, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Please read them carefully before purchasing.

Throughout these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Tilleybilleys Growth Academy Ltd.

2. Our Services

Tilleybilleys Growth Academy provides practical business education, which may include:

  • online courses and programmes;
  • live online training;
  • recorded training and course materials;
  • workbooks, templates and other digital resources;
  • memberships and ongoing learning communities;
  • masterclasses and webinars;
  • mentoring and educational support; and
  • other business education products and services.

The precise content, duration, delivery method and access arrangements for each programme will be described on the relevant course or product page.

3. Educational Purpose and Results

Our courses and programmes are provided for educational purposes.

We aim to provide practical information based on business experience, research and the subject matter being taught.

However, purchasing or completing a Tilleybilleys Growth Academy programme does not guarantee business success, sales, revenue, profit, rankings, customers or any particular financial result.

Business performance depends on numerous factors outside our control, including the actions taken by the individual student, market conditions, competition, pricing, products and services offered and changes made by third-party platforms.

Students remain responsible for their own business decisions and implementation.

4. Etsy Mastery

Etsy Mastery is an educational programme designed to help students understand areas involved in building and developing an Etsy business.

Tilleybilleys Growth Academy Ltd is an independent business.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Tilleybilleys Growth Academy and Etsy Mastery are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or operated by Etsy.

Etsy may change its platform, policies, fees, search systems, features or other services at any time.

Where appropriate, course materials may therefore be updated to reflect significant changes.

5. Eligibility

Unless otherwise stated, you must be 18 years of age or over to purchase our paid business programmes.

By purchasing, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.

6. Prices and Payment

Prices are displayed on the relevant product or course page.

For example, where Etsy Mastery is offered at £997, the applicable price will be displayed before checkout.

Payment methods available at checkout may include card payments and third-party payment providers such as Klarna, PayPal and Shop Pay, depending on availability and eligibility.

Where a third-party provider allows you to spread the cost of a purchase, your agreement with that provider is subject to its own terms, eligibility requirements and payment arrangements.

Using a third-party payment provider does not alter your obligations to Tilleybilleys Growth Academy under these Terms.

7. Orders

An order is subject to acceptance by Tilleybilleys Growth Academy Ltd.

We may refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

  • payment has not been authorised;
  • incorrect pricing has been displayed due to an obvious error;
  • fraud or unauthorised activity is suspected;
  • eligibility requirements have not been met; or
  • we are unable to provide the programme.

Where we cancel a paid order and no service or content has been supplied, any amount due for refund will be returned using the appropriate payment method.

8. Digital Course Access

Our courses and educational products may contain digital content.

Access arrangements vary by programme and will be communicated on the relevant product page, confirmation email or within the Growth Academy website.

You are responsible for providing a suitable device, internet connection and software necessary to access online content.

Course access is provided to the individual who purchased or was legitimately enrolled on the programme.

Login details must not be shared with another person.

9. Live Training

Some programmes include live online sessions.

Students are responsible for attending live sessions at the advertised times where they wish to participate live.

Where recordings are provided, their availability and duration may vary by programme.

We may occasionally need to change a live session because of illness, technical problems or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Where this happens, we will take reasonable steps to provide a replacement session, recording or alternative arrangement where appropriate.

10. Course Changes

We continually aim to keep our educational content useful and relevant.

We may make reasonable changes to:

  • lesson content;
  • course materials;
  • workbooks;
  • session order;
  • examples;
  • trainers or guest speakers;
  • technology used to deliver a programme; or
  • live session dates where reasonably necessary.

We will not make changes that materially remove the core educational service purchased without an appropriate reason or remedy.

11. Membership Access Included With Courses

Certain programmes may include complimentary membership access.

Where Etsy Mastery includes three months of membership access, the included period and any applicable conditions will be communicated as part of the course offer.

Any paid continuation after the complimentary period will be clearly communicated separately.

Students will not be charged for continued membership unless an appropriate payment arrangement has been agreed or authorised.

12. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund rights depend on the product or service purchased, when delivery begins and applicable consumer law.

Full information is contained in our separate Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms or our Cancellation & Refund Policy removes or restricts statutory consumer rights.

Where digital content is supplied during a statutory cancellation period, additional consent and acknowledgement requirements may apply before the consumer loses a statutory cancellation right in relation to that digital content.

13. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, course materials and content supplied by Tilleybilleys Growth Academy are owned by or licensed to Tilleybilleys Growth Academy Ltd.

This includes, where applicable:

  • videos;
  • presentations;
  • workbooks;
  • worksheets;
  • templates;
  • downloads;
  • graphics;
  • written training;
  • course structures;
  • recordings; and
  • other educational resources.

Purchasing a programme gives you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the materials for your own learning and business development.

It does not transfer ownership of our intellectual property to you.

14. You Must Not

Without our prior written permission, you must not:

  • copy or reproduce substantial parts of our courses;
  • resell course materials;
  • distribute course materials to others;
  • share your account or login details;
  • upload our paid materials to file-sharing websites or groups;
  • record and redistribute live sessions;
  • reproduce our course as your own training programme;
  • remove copyright or ownership notices; or
  • use our intellectual property commercially outside the permission granted with the relevant product.

We reserve the right to suspend access where we reasonably believe course materials are being unlawfully shared or misused.

15. Student Conduct

Students participating in live sessions, communities, memberships or other interactive areas must communicate respectfully.

We may take appropriate action where a participant engages in serious or repeated behaviour including harassment, discrimination, threats, abuse, deliberate disruption, unlawful conduct or misuse of another participant's personal information.

Where reasonably necessary, this may include removal from a community or live session or suspension of access.

Any decision affecting paid course access will be handled consistently with applicable consumer law.

16. Third-Party Platforms and Services

Our training may discuss or use third-party services such as Etsy, Shopify, Canva, eRank, social media platforms, payment services or other business tools.

These businesses operate independently and have their own terms, policies, pricing and services.

We do not control third-party platforms and cannot guarantee their continued availability, features, prices, policies, algorithms or performance.

References to third-party businesses are for educational or practical purposes and do not necessarily constitute an endorsement or partnership.

17. Artificial Intelligence and Digital Tools

Some Growth Academy programmes may teach or demonstrate artificial intelligence and other digital business tools.

AI-generated information can contain errors and should be reviewed before being relied upon or published.

Students remain responsible for how they use AI or other digital tools within their own businesses, including compliance with applicable laws, intellectual property rights, privacy requirements and platform rules.

18. Professional Advice

Our programmes provide business education and are not a substitute for personalised legal, tax, accounting, financial or other regulated professional advice.

Where appropriate, you should obtain advice from a suitably qualified professional regarding your individual circumstances.

19. Availability of the Website

We aim to keep our website and digital course platform available, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed.

Temporary disruption may occur because of maintenance, technical problems, internet outages, third-party service failures or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Where a significant technical problem prevents access to paid content, we will take reasonable steps to restore access or provide an appropriate alternative.

20. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.

Subject to those rights, Tilleybilleys Growth Academy Ltd is not responsible for business outcomes or losses resulting solely from a student's independent business decisions or failure to implement training appropriately.

We do not guarantee any particular commercial or financial result from using our educational content.

21. Personal Information and Privacy

We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law.

Our website may also use cookies and similar technologies as described in our cookie information and consent controls.

22. Communications

We may send communications necessary to administer a purchase or programme, including:

  • order confirmations;
  • access information;
  • course updates;
  • live session information;
  • changes affecting programme delivery; and
  • important account or service communications.

Marketing communications will be handled separately in accordance with applicable privacy and electronic marketing requirements.

23. Complaints

If you experience a problem with a course, purchase or service, please contact us so we have an opportunity to investigate.

Email: support@tilleybilleysgrowthacademy.co.uk

Please provide your name, order number where available and sufficient information for us to understand the issue.

24. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms where reasonably necessary to reflect changes to our services, technology, business practices or applicable law.

The version applicable to a purchase will normally be the version in effect when the relevant contract was entered into, unless a change is required by law or is otherwise validly agreed.

25. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer, you retain any mandatory rights regarding where legal proceedings may be brought that apply under consumer law.
