Do you need access to my Etsy account?

No. I don't need your password or access to your Etsy account. I'll review your shop from the outside, just as a potential customer would see it. I'll ask you for any additional information I need after you purchase.

Which listings will you audit?

Depending on the package you choose, I'll review 3, 5 or 10 individual listings in detail. You'll be able to provide the listings you'd particularly like me to look at.

Can you audit a brand-new Etsy shop?

Yes. You don't need an established shop to book an audit. If you're new to Etsy, the audit can help identify areas to work on before you continue building your shop.

How quickly will I receive my audit?

Your written audit and action plan will be sent within 3 working days once I've received all the information I need from you.

What happens during the 30-minute Zoom call?

We'll go through the findings from your audit together. I'll explain the areas I've highlighted and you'll have the opportunity to ask questions about your report and action plan.

Will you rewrite my listings for me?

The audit is a review and action plan rather than a done-for-you listing-writing service. I'll show you what I believe could be improved and explain why, so you know what to work on next.

Do you guarantee I'll make more sales?

No. Nobody can honestly guarantee Etsy sales. Your audit identifies areas that may be worth improving based on what I can see in your shop, but results depend on many factors including your products, market, competition, pricing and customer demand.

Can you audit Etsy shops outside the UK?

Yes. Your Etsy shop doesn't need to be based in the UK.

What happens after I buy?

You'll receive instructions explaining what I need from you, including your Etsy shop link, the listings you'd like reviewed and some questions about your shop and goals. Once I have everything, your audit can begin.

What if I have more than 10 listings I want reviewed?
